Latino working families must have a place at the table if we are serious about building a strong and effective movement capable of creating fair jobs, access to healthcare, education, fair immigration, and environmental policies, as well as an inclusive and non-discriminatory agenda for the community.

We are here to advance social, political, and economic justice for Latinos in the United States. With over 40 years of empowering Latino working families, our approach is based on promoting integration. Our policy platform and educational programs are based on a commitment to high standards in both the quality of the research that forms the foundation of its advocacy work and the estimated impact that changes in government policy will have on the welfare of the Latino community.
